Return and refund policy
If the products don't fulfill your expectations, you have possibility to return to us for another solution or for a refund.
However, a return for another solution or a refund will not be offered for products that have been successfully utilized and enjoyed for an extended period of time. For example, moving and/or no longer having a need for the product will not qualify.
All items offered in the e-shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt, along with a statement of the reason for returning the item. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returns can be made at any physical store. There are no shipping or restocking fees if you make an in-store return.

How to return an item
- Place the item back into the box in which it arrived.
- Write the 'reason for return' code in the return label.
- Place the item(s) and return note into the box in which your delivery was originally sent.
- Stick the prepaid return label onto the parcel (covering any existing postage label).
- Deliver the return to your nearest postal outlet. Make sure to ask for a receipt as proof of having returned the parcel.

Please use the return label included with your parcel. Please also include the return slip from the parcel summary documents to guarantee the successful processing of your refund.
If you do not have a prepaid return label, please contact Customer Service and we will provide you with a new one.
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will send you an email to confirm safe receipt. As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund.
Dependent on the payment option that you chose when placing the order, the refund will be issued to either your PayPal account or to the Bank you used for the purchase. We transfer the money back on the first chance, but not later than in 10 workdays. The time that it takes for the refund is usually dependent upon your bank.
