Orders can only be delivered to areas within Europe.

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until it reaches you. It may take 36-48 hours before the tracking information about your parcel is available.
What happens if you are not at home?
If you are out when your parcel arrives, the courier will put a card in your letterbox with all the necessary information on how to get your parcel delivered. If a delivery has not been arranged after 30 days, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. We will arrange for a refund and send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed.
What happens if my order gets lost in the post?
If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible using Contact details. We will then investigate what has happened to your parcel.
